I recently bought the Razer Blackshark v2 X and installed a 7.1 surround sound, unfortunately, the 7.1 app was not opening. I tried basic troubleshooting: re-install and restart. I have the latest Windows update running on 64bit, still nothing. The Razer app still won't launch. I tried installing on a different PC and it worked fine. Any leads?

If reinstalling the app and restarting your PC didn't fix this, then try to log in to another local Windows user account on your computer, then reinstall the app. Make sure your firewall or anti-virus is not blocking the app. Should the issue persists, PM your MSinfo logs of your PC.
