Hi i have an issue that when i instaled this software and asked me if i want to open it after instalation i pressed yes and finish but the app did not open and when i tried to open it again nothing happened idk what to do i was trying to fix it for hours and i still did not find anything

Try to run it as an administrator or do a clean installation of the app. If you're still experiencing the same issue, let me know through PM so I can start a case and forward your concern to the relevant team so they can have a closer look at the app problem.
