7.1 Surround Sound Not Opening

So I just bought the RAZER Blackshark V2 X from amazon as I wanted to finally get good headphones. I was excited to try surround sound with the different games I play. When I set it up last night I was able to open the app and put in the code to activate it. I was also able to toggle it on and off perfectly fine. This morning when I got onto the PC I tried opening the app so I could test the differences with one of the games I play. Now it doesn’t open the 7.1 surround sound app even when that is the app I search for and click on. Now it just opens the Razer AppEngine in the notification area of the task bar but does not open any app. It asked me to sign in with Razer ID so I did and still doesn’t open surround sound. Now surround sound is stuck on and I don't know how that will effect other things on my pc.
