Few days ago I downloaded razer 7.1 sorround system and activated using the code. and it worked properly using 7.1 sorround in Windows 11 . But after some days i reinstalled the 7.1 razer software and logged in using my email. And enabled 7.1 surround sound in the software. But i couldnt find the 7.1 surround sound in my playback device in my pc to change into it. Also my mic mute button is not working after that.Also the mic capturing every sound in my surroundings even small wind sounds(its first time happening this). And i cant see the mic selection in input device other than microphone array.
