7.1 Surround sound not working on my blackshark v2 x

So its been 6-7 months already and I still cant fix the issue on my headset. In the first 2 months it was working fine then it suddenly stops working after I  install some of the windows updates. I’ve tried all possible solutions to fix but it still doesn’t work. Any supports that can help me so I can further explain it clearly.
