7.1 Surround Sound Pro invalid code

Hi! I'm sorry, I'm new in these forums... I have Kraken Pro Neon and I used to have the 7.1 surround sound pro activated. I changed PC recently and it happens now I can't redeem the software with the same code. I read somewhere in the FAQs that, once I registered my product, I would have received and email with a new code... but I received none. Could you help me sorting this out, please? Thank you!
