So recently I found out about the 7.1 surround sound feature. I downloaded it, and realized I needed the activation code. I got my Razer Kraken X headphones a while ago so the code was long gone with the box. I registered my headphones and I saw the surround sound output device on speakers, but that was the problem. I don't use the speakers output I use my monitors output as I plug my headset into my monitor. I noticed that you can change what device 7.1 surround sound acts upon, but it says it is not enabled on my account and to use a valid activation code... I checked my junk, spam, everything on all my emails and I don't see any email about the headset I just registered and the surround sound with it. Could you please help me?
