7.1 Surround Sound Self-Help Tool is Broken

Barrcuda X Chroma. Worked fine on the THX Trial, it ended, now ZERO Audio from my headset at all besides the volume/buttons.

Knew I still needed to get the activation code for the 7.1 surround sound.
But in either case, I don’t understand why I can’t use the headphones normally at all now.

Trying to get the code from the Self-Help tool, it doesn’t work.
It isn’t sending emails, to spam either.
Checked.

The Box you should be putting an activation code you cant even select TO put anything in, so not sure how to even put it in once I do find it.
(I tried the only email I have received since registering the product.. the Email only containing the SN of the headset. No other Code has been presented to me.)
