Hello, around one week ago I bought Razer blackshark V2x.before that i had old razer krakens green one and i had 7.1 surround sound activated on that. Then i tought i would uninstall surround sound app and reinstall again cause of new headphones and it needs new activation as far as i know. but when i reinstalled the app i couldnt log in it says server access unavailable, recconecting... and i couldnt even log in with gmail, after that my only choice was to log in as guest but event that dosent seem to work. I hope someone can help. Thanks in advance.

Try disabling antivirus or firewall software on your PC and try login again.
Also I'd try run 7.1 surround as an administrator - maybe something in OS is blocking the internets for this app?

  1. PC restart
  2. Router restart
  3. You can also try to change DNS address on your PC to a google ones (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) to check if it’s not DNS issue.
  4. Finally I’d test the same app on another PC to rule out the software / os side problem.

Nothing works… I dont have the chance to test it out on another PC unfortunately.
