Hello there! I've recently been having issues logging into the 7.1 surround sound software that controls my Kraken 7.1 v2. I got a new computer recently and am unable to get into the software to make the lights on my headset turn on. The software says it needs an activation code but when I type in the code I got when I bought the headset it says its invalid. The software still works great on my old PC but isn't working on my new PC even though I'm logged in and re-entered the activation code. Do I have to buy a new activation code?

the first link is where I originally downloaded the software from but it still doesn't work. Like I said in my original post the software works great on my laptop but not on this new PC. The software on my laptop has an icon that looks like a cloud but I can't find that exact software.
I see. Please ensure that if you want to use and tweak the Razer Kraken 7.1 V2's audio settings, you should use our legacy software, which is the Razer Surround Sound Pro. You can download it by clicking the second link I've posted above. Feel free to send me a video/photo showing the issue. Save the file via Google Drive or to any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM. Let's continue from there.
