Hello, I cannot get the Surround sound software to work. after install it does not ask for activation code or anything. Just kinda sits there. If i click the option to register or something like to create login it disappears. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling software. After installing software i also tried rebooting computer. when i double click desktop icon nothing happens. This window doesn't open
