7.1 surround sound software isn't downloading

Hey guys! So I just bought my first razer headset today and I've registered the product and all but I'm stuck since I can't seem to download the installer for the 7.1 surround sound like the card in the box instructs you to do. Any ideas on what I can do to download the installer? Thanks!

I have the same problem rn, I think that something went wrong with the link or something. Also just bought my first Razer headset too

Wait I found a solution, if you drag the link up to make a new tab with the download and then you get the download
