I have 64-bit Windows 10, I did everything in this video and I also did everything on this page https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5272/~/how-to-fix-a-razer-headset-with-hissing%2C-static%2C-buzzing%2C-or-no-sound-while. Without having the speakers (7.1 surround sound) selected I just have good functioning audio but when I have 7.1 surround sound selected in windows it doesn't work. I also found this (file) while I was trying to make it work. Please help me!

Are you using the surround sound through Synapse or the stand-alone app? For now, please ensure that you have the latest Windows OS by following the steps on this page. PM me the serial number of your headset if the issue persists so I can check for other possible solutions.
