If the code has already been used, log into 7.1 Surround Sound. I am trying to register my Razer BlackShark V2 X - Esports Gaming Headset for the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code and it tells me it is already registered. I just bought this awhile ago second hand and purchased 2 the same headsets the other one is USB type and the other one is 3.5mm as a gift. Need help on how to have a new activation code. Quick heads up - the 3.5mm is not registered yet as per the previous owner. Previous owner of the headset doesn’t have the activation code either for 3.5mm. He had the activation code on the usb type, I tried it and it wont proceed. it says license code has already been used.

Please help!

You can only activate the 7.1 Surround Sound using the initial email address/Razer ID used during the product registration. Otherwise, you will get the alert “license code has already been used”. Please try visiting our 7.1 Surround Sound Support page and request the code there. Otherwise, send me a PM so I can try to initiate a case on your behalf or submit a support ticket here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support. Ensure to select Software & Apps > PC Software > Select either Synapse 3 or 4 and answer Yes if you are using  Synapse with a Razer device  >  Click next > Other Issue so you can get the Contact Support option for chat/email.
