7.1 Surround "user is registered with a license code, but it was deactivated"

I bought a pair of BlackShark V2 X and when trying to activate the 7.1 Surround software it gives me the error "user is registered with a license code, but it was deactivated". I had a pair of Krakens before, don’t really remember the model, but it is not my first pair of headsets.
