I bought a blackshark v2x yesterday and was registering the device for the 7.1 installation and received an error saying this serial number has already been registered.I have the invoice and everything. Please, someone authorized can help me. I cannot use 7.1. Thank you.

Please note that product registration is primarily for warranty purposes. You can find your device's activation code on the scratch card included in the packaging, as mentioned here. If the card is missing or the code has already been used, I recommend contacting the reseller for a refund. Make sure to purchase your Razer products from authorized Razer resellers to ensure your Razer device is genuine.
