I have recently tried downloading the 7.1 Surround Sound app so that I can activate my code that I was given with my headset. However, whenever I try to log in, it says “No authentication”. I’ve tried atleast two different accounts, tried logging in using twitch, facebook, and google and it gives me the same error. Logging in as a guest just brings me back to the same login page. I’ve tried re-installing as well as restarting my computer but no luck.
