8k GHZ dongle is not showing in synapse.

Hi, 

 

I’ve got a problem with my 8k ghz dongle on my Razer Deathadder v3 pro. Until today, my mouse and 8k ghz dongle worked well.

At night i left my mouse charging via usb cable when my pc was turned off. It has been standing all day (nearly 10 hours). At the evening, i reconnected the hyperpolling wireless dongle but it did not work. 

I tried every suggestion (reconnecting, turning off\on, unplugging, updating firmware of dongle and mouse) that has been in razer support threads and youtube. Nothing worked for me. 

 

In windows razer hyperpolling wireless dongle is showing but not in synapse.  Please help!

I’d try doing clean Synapse reinstall if you haven’t done it yet:

  • Uninstall Synapse
  • Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
  • Then restart your PC
  • After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).

Thanks for the advice. Tried your solution, at first, synapse saw the dongle but could not install the updates and never shown up after.
