I recently ordered the Razer Viper 8kHz gaming mouse, and I am facing an issue with it. From the software, I selected an 8000Hz polling rate, but my mouse is only giving me a 4kHz polling rate. Sometimes it reaches 6kHz, but it has never touched 8kHz. I have the following device specs: i5 12th Gen, GTX 1650, and USB 3.0. I also connected it to a Type-C port on my laptop using a USB Type-A to Type-C converter. However, I'm still experiencing the same problem with a maximum of 4kHz. Can you please provide a solution for this?
