If i dont have activation code? How i can get activation code now? Or what i can do what i can get activation code? Because i dont understand. I have headset Kraken Pro v2. Register to the website, but did not receive activation code? Of corse i read what activation code had to be in the box headset, but there i dont find.
@JASPERsleek725 Is this still the case? If you don't find the code in the Spam/Junk folder of your email, please send me a PM with the serial number of your headset, date of purchase and your email address.

Hi ! I have the same problem, I registered my Electra v2, and I received nothing in my mailbox or in the spam box.
Will need y'all to send me a PM so I can check whether or not a code has been generated and linked to your emails. Locking this thread to avoid threadjacking.
