about 7.1 Surround Sound Activation

Is this a brand new Blackshark V2 headset? If it is not, likely the previous owner have used the 7.1 SS code. This activation code can only be applied once to a RAZER ID, cannot be used again. Otherwise, once you register RAZER product to your RAZER ID, you will receive a 7.1 SS activation code to the email address you have registered within a week. If it has been more then a week, wait for one of the RAZER official support to be in contact with you through this thread. Prepare the followings~~~

• Name
• S/N
• P/N
• Proof of purchase (legal receipt)
• Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product

Blackshark V2 doesn't come with 7.1 Surround code. Instead it comes with THX Spatial, which is integrated in Synapse - no activation needed.
