my Kraken 7.1 V2 Chroma RGB effect cant control by Razer Synapse anymore, the software cant identify my Headphone properly

      I have the Kraken 7.1 V2 Chroma and indeed mine doesn't recognize the headphones anymore, though it's something wrong with the headset but it's not, the sound is still there, only it doesn't appear in synapse 2 and there is no light in the THS leds. I tried everything, to reinstalling the software to trying the headset on another system, and that worked.
