I entered the activation code for the 7.1 audio feature of my Razer BarracudaX headset that I bought 2 years ago, and since I formatted my computer, I re-downloaded the app. I want to use the 7.1 audio feature again, but when I log in to my account and install the app, it asks me for the activation code again. When I find the activation code I entered and re-enter it, it doesn't accept it, so I can't use the 7.1 audio feature. Can you help me?

I understand you've lost access to the activation code for the 7.1 Surround Sound software for your registered Razer Barracuda X headset. No worries, since your device has already been registered, all you need to do to access the 7.1 Surround Sound software is to log in using the Razer ID that you used to activate the device.

 

If you still can't access it after logging in, please send me a PM with the serial number of your headset so I can check the details on my end. Thank you!
