for Christmas I got a pair of Nari's, after plugging them in I realized I had no sound as well as my microphone not picking anything up. I ran the trouble shooter and got this,
I went to services and reset the Audio service. Still did not work, any help?

How does the headset appear on the Device Manager, and are you getting the same results on wired and wireless mode? Please send me additional screenshots along with the serial number so I can help you further isolate the issue.
