Accidentally Damaged Activation Code
Hello. I recently got my Blackshark V2X headphones the other day. I've already researched and heard that the activation code gets damaged easily so I really tried my best to scratch it as careful as possible.
However, 2 digits still got damaged and I tried guessing them but it was just too difficult.
Is it possible to get a new activation code? I have proof of purchase as well as the serial number.

I also experienced the same thing,i accidently damage 5 digits on my activation code and i have proof of my purchase

Hey George101st, oyoizz, SpLit45, and japzeedee. Ensure that your devices are registered. Please be aware that a damaged or lost activation card is not covered by Razer's limited warranty. Nonetheless, allow me to help by sending me the following:
a. A photo that shows the damaged activation card.
b. A photo that shows the device's serial number and original box.
d. The Razer ID's registered email address.
