Accidentally Deleted Disk Drive Drivers

Hi everyone, I'm completely new here and could really use some help. I have a Razer Blade '19 Advanced laptop. I was following a tutorial for something and I deleted a disk drive driver. It asked to restart, but when it did, Windows 10 no longer booted. I tried working through everything, but I'm really lost as to what to do. System restore didn't work, resetting this PC did not work. I have no backup, and I can't afford to lose my files. I can use the command prompt option, and I can see my files in my D:/ drive. I've tried bootrec commands but they don't seem to see a Windows installation. I was hoping I could get a download link to a new disk drive driver and install it through a USB, is this a possible route to take? Does anyone know where I can find this driver?
