I received a Blackshark V2 X as my old headphones were spoiled, I scratched off the code on accident and I can't get 7.1 surround sound

    I received a Blackshark V2 X as my old headphones were spoiled, I scratched off the code on accident and I can't get 7.1 surround sound
    Please contact our Support Team or send me the following: a. A photo that shows the error while activating the code. b. A photo that shows the source of the code. c. A photo that shows the device's serial number and original box. d. The Razer ID's registered email address. Save the files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM. I’ll be locking this thread now to divert our conversation privately.
