Accidentally scratched surround sound code.

As the title says-- got a Blackshark V2 X for Christmas and scratched the code for the surround sound. There's nothing else except 7.1 surround sound registering in my playback options on Windows so this is my only option. Thank you!

Have a read of the following thread /damaged-activation-code-kraken-x.78350/#post-768014 Unfortunately, lost, stolen, damaged, thrown out Activation codes do not get covered by the RAZER's limited warranty and will be subject to approval. Otherwise, wait for one of the RAZER official stuff for further advice through this thread Prepare the followings~~~
  • Name
  • S/N
  • P/N
  • Proof of purchase (legal receipt)
  • Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product
  • Photo of the damaged Activation Code
