As the title says-- got a Blackshark V2 X for Christmas and scratched the code for the surround sound. There's nothing else except 7.1 surround sound registering in my playback options on Windows so this is my only option.

Unfortunately, lost, stolen, damaged, thrown out Activation codes do not get covered by the RAZER's limited warranty and will be subject to approval.

- Name
- S/N
- P/N
- Proof of purchase (legal receipt)
- Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product
- Photo of the damaged Activation Code
