Accidentally threw away the box

I have a similar issue. I forgot to register my kraken v3 x and threw away the box. I have only the s/n and no product code. I need to register it to be able to claim warranty because it broke and i can not find any way to find the product code.

Serial number is this what you need to register the headset.

Once you’ll type s/n - it’ll automatically fill the p/n.

Or… just plug your headset - it should be visible in Synapse 4 go to Kraken V3 X tab and click on the (?) icon right top side - there will be serial number to copy.
