Accidently scratched Surround-Sound Activation Code [Resolved]
I scratched the code itself so that its unreadable now.
However after trying to request a new code it just says:
"The 7.1 Surround Sound Code is not available, please click here for more information."
And this leads me to nowhere.

this ticked me off too. i scratched off the code, and amazon covered where the serial number would be on the headset, i think i am f'd right now. i dont know what to do, and havent recieved any viable help from custom support. Please someone help
