account not showing any purchases or invoice link says error occurred

I’ve made an order and received the order but i need this invoice for business purposes and the account shows no orders and the invoice link sent through email ends up saying error occurred. I’ve also made multiple tickets and it seems that the support are a pain to get a hold of. can anyone help or razer support reach out and help
