  2. When I log in, the program asks me for a code, but when I enter the code, it does not enter and says that it has been used

I assume it’s some 7.1 Surround app or external THX Spatial app.

Once activated - they’re bound to your Razer ID account, so instead activating it, just login to your Razer ID account.
