Activation 7.1 Surround Sound Code, THX Spatial Audio

Good day!
I bought Razer Blackshark V2 Pro Sn: headphones and registered them in my account. I installed the 7.1 Surround Sound Code, THX Spatial Audio software packages, but I can't launch the applications, they require an activation code. Tell me where I can get an activation code for these products.

저도 바라쿠다x플러스 구매했는데 제품등록하고 활성화키 받기 눌렀는데도

가입확인메일/제품등록메일은 오고  7.1서라운드활성화코드 메일은 안옵니다

    I understand you are having issues with your Razer Blackshark V2 Pro. Upon checking your serial number, your device is supported with THX Spatial Audio, which is an upgraded version of 7.1 surround sound. This means you don't need an activation code to activate the THX Spatial Audio feature. You just have to install Razer Synapse, and you'll be able to configure the THX Spatial Audio feature directly through the Synapse software.
