Activation card code not working

So I ordered my razor Kraken headset on 01/25/2022 and it came today 01/27/2022. When I was trying to set up the surround sound system the activation code wouldn't work and kept saying it wasn't a valid code.

      May I ask how you got a new code? I registered my product and haven't got anything.

        I need help with surround sound 7.1 I got my headset in April 2020 and I used it for my Xbox controller then, but now I have a PC and don't have the code to download 7.1 anymore because I didn't find it helpful then since I was on XBOX. Anyway, I can get a new code?

          Where do I go to get a code for purchased items becasue I im not getting a code for my 7.1 surround sound and my thx spatial sound either
