Activation cod blackshark v2 hyperspeed

Dear Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I recently purchased a BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed headset, and I am very happy with the product. However, I am unable to activate all of its features because there was no activation code included in the box.

Could you please assist me with this issue?

Thank you for sharing your concern here. Upon checking, the Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed comes with THX Spatial Audio, which means that you DO NOT NEED an activation code for it to activate. You can configure your THX Spatial Audio feature using Synapse through this link: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/13209.
