Where did you buy the Razer product? Also, what is the model of your device? Have you registered the device? It seems like you've scratched too hard that's why the code is no longer visible. Please send me the email address that is connected to your Razer ID including the serial number of your device via PM so I can check its registration status and verify if there an allocated code in your account.
