Please be aware that the Razer Blackshark V Pro's setting any only be tweaked via Razer Synapse 3.0. It's only available to the newer versions, namely the Razer Kraken 2019, Kraken X, Kraken X USB, Kraken V3 X, and Blackshark V2 X.
