I have not received any activation code for my kraken v3 after I registered it. What do I do? Also, does anyone know how to raise the treble within the headset or pull up some kind of equalizer to adjust the sound settings? Thank You!

    I assume you are needing the Activation code for 7.1 Surround Sound, and I assume you have a Kraken V3 X Once you register RAZER product to your RAZER ID, you will receive a 7.1 SS activation code to the email address you have registered within a week. If it has been more then a week, wait for one of the RAZER official support to be in contact with you through this thread. Prepare the followings~~~
    • Name
    • S/N
    • P/N
    • Proof of purchase (legal receipt)
    • Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product
