I have received this Christmas the Kraken X headphones, i was installing the 7.1 surround sound software but i scratched the activation code badly and can't see the details now.
Is there something i can do now?

Unfortunately, lost, stolen, damaged, thrown out Activation codes do not get covered by the RAZER's limited warranty and will be subject to approval.

Otherwise, wait for one of the RAZER official stuff for further advice through this thread

Prepare the followings~~~

  • Name
  • S/N
  • P/N
  • Proof of purchase (legal receipt)
  • Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product

  • Photo of the damaged Activation Code

Hello I'm same with the activation code and I texted one of the admins of razer but he doesn't respond (everything, what I need to send to him is done but no respond...) what should I do? 😢 Please if its possible to give me new one via email I will be very thankful !

I assume you are referring to 7.1 Surround Sound activation code

First question is whether you have a headset that is 7.1 SS capable

Confirm the thread by clicking the following

Try using English US keyboard format
We have seen in the past where other English keyboards do not work.

7.1 SS Activation Code can only be applied to one RAZER ID. If RAZER headset is a second hand item, likely the previous owner would have applied the code.
