Hi! I bought a product called razer blacksharkv2 x 4-5 digits of the activation code are nreadable, the rest can be read, can you help?

    Me too, I just bought it today and I'm so depressed. It would be nice if we get a new code.

    Hey soloChamoiseetoday395 and SalterXD! Sorry for the mishap. Please be aware that a lost or damaged activation code is not covered by Razer's limited warranty. However, you can submit a request to our Support Team by sending the photo of the damaged activation card. If the team asks for other requirements, please comply since the code generation plea is subject for approval. I’ll be locking this thread now.
