Hello, i bought a pair of razer kraken 3 hypersense and didn’t received an activation code and i tryed to get one from the website but it says that my serial number is not  available

Read manual :)

It says no activation needed. THX Spatial is available through Synapse 3.

Hello gattaaless,

The Razer Kraken V3 HyperSense doesn't support Razer 7.1 Surround Sound. Instead, it has THX Spatial Audio integrated into your headset. I suggest you follow the steps from this article how to configure THX Spatial Audio for headphones on Razer Synapse. I hope this helps.
