MY ALSO SAME PROBLEM ITS CANT BE REDEEM ITS SAYING THE CODE YOU HAVE ENTERED DOES NOT SEEM TO BE VALID. PLEASE TRY AGAIN,I JUST COPY AND PASTE AND TYPE MANUALLY BUT RESULT SAME...WHAT TO DO

BlackShark V2 Pro supports THX Spatial, which is available through Synapse software without any activation. If you’ve installed external THX Spatial app or 7.1 Surround app - uninstall them, and use Synapse only.

I do what you say but still  the microphone its not working only the sound its works

DO NOT INSTALL THX SPATIAL.

Install Synapse only. It’s already available in Synapse, you don’t have to install separate THX Spatial app.

Can you were actually its hidden synapse software is for only light control i cant thk spatial in that , if i installed through synapse also its still not work they want to get paid for that software

It’s not hidden.

You just install Synapse software only, and plug the headset. Just go to audio tab then sound and there’s switch between stereo and thx spatial.

There is no audio tab sir in synapse

Headset connected properly to the USB port?

If yes, you might try other USB port - plug it directly on your motherboard / laptop, USB 3.0 or above preferred.
