Good afternoon, the following situation happened, I bought Razer Kraken v3 headphones, there is no activation code in the box, I registered the product on razerid.razer.com, then I tried to request an activation code on the official website, but when I enter the serial number of the product indicated on the box, it gives an error , please tell me if it is possible to somehow solve this problem, perhaps the activation code has already been used and I received headphones with the code already used. S/N:(removed); P/N: RZ04-03770200-R3M1 my mailbox: (removed)

They’re using THX Spatial, not 7.1 surround.

Just install Synapse 3, no activation needed, it’s available out-of-box.
