Hello Razer Support,

I am customer @yassershoki86

Issue: The Activation Code and Serial Number of my Razer 7.1 Surround Sound Headset have been lost/stolen. I no longer have the original product information needed for warranty registration and activation.

Product Information:

  • Product Name: Razer 7.1 Surround Sound Headset
  • Internal Serial Number (inside headset): [removed by moderator]
  • Condition: Brand new with original packaging intact
  • Proof: I have attached photos of the box and headset

Request:

  1. Manual product activation and registration
  2. New Activation Code issuance
  3. Warranty registration under my account

Please respond as soon as possible.
