Hi there! Thanks for posting your headset's concern here. Have you checked if you have mistyped the codes? Please watch out for the zero (0) and the letter "O" as they look similar. Should the issue persists, please send me the following: a. Photo showing the source of your code b. Photo showing the error while activating the code. c. The email address associated to your Razer ID/ d. Your device's serial number. Save the files via Google Drive or to any online drive account, then paste in your PM. Let's continue from there. I'll be locking this thread now.
