greetings , i just clean installed my windows and i cannot activate my 7.1 sound . I tried to enter the old activation code but it is “not valid” , the code is correct . I also tried to resend the code but didnt work .

Please make sure to follow the steps from this article or, follow the steps below:
- Download the 7.1 Surround Sound software.
- Run the 7.1 Surround Sound installer.
- Click “INSTALL”
- Launch the 7.1 Surround Sound app when the installation is completed.
- Log in with your Razer ID.
- Enter the activation code.
