When I registered my product for the activation code, they sent me a code, but unfortunately the code is not valid. I checked it maybe 1000 times, I tried for 3 hours to enter it but it didn't work. I followed the necessary steps but the result is disappointing, I am always directed to the same place: make sure you entered it correctly. If the activation code they sent me is not incorrect, it says there is an error in the application because it is invalid. I deleted it and reinstalled it, it didn't change. What should I do? It was my first time buying a Razer and I was very disappointed.

I think you have entered the activation code on the wrong app. This is just a quick fix so don’t worry. Please drop me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can help you on how to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound feature.
