Subject: Missing 7.1 Surround Sound Activation Code – BlackShark V2 X

 

Hello Razer Support,

 

I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset from Comfy (Ukraine). Unfortunately, my activation card for the 7.1 Surround Sound software was missing or the code does not work.

 

I’ve attached:

– A photo of the headset's original box with the serial number

– A photo of the QR card included

– The receipt from the store (Comfy)

 

Please help me receive a new activation code.
