Hello.
So here i am. Ive Purchased a Kraken Kitty V2 from Digitec.ch so a Third party Company. I don’t innerstand, it says it CAN activate 7.1 Surround it even got a Card with an QR but when i used the Self Service it sayd that it is not eligable for this Headset. Is it possible to solve this with another Code or something similair? I did’nt activated it once.
